Description

The Senior IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Professional monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The Senior IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Professional devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. May include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of technical experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in problem analysis and process documentation

  • Experience with Microsoft office suite

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Prior experience in the health solutions industry

  • Experience with resource management and managing direct reports (matrixed or direct reports)

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle

  • PMP certification

  • Bachelor's degree
