JOB SUMMARY:Support LARSON storm door customers with general and product questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer needs while maintaining LARSON and department policies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate directly with LARSON storm door customers by phone, email, or chat.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints.Provide pricing and delivery information.Enter orders and provide price quotes with required accuracy.Communicate and coordinate with internal and external contacts.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Maintain all departmental customer satisfaction and performance goals.Complete other projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). Some college desirable. Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills required including data entry, instant message, email, and word processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing and grammar skills.Superb listening skills.Analytical thinking and an ability to communicate detailed instructions effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Customer focused attitude. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Some Saturdays and holidays.
