Mass Markets Customer Service Representative| Full-Time | Mid Shift in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota

POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for inbound phone interactions with residential and business customers. Schedule is Mon.-Fri. and some Sat. hours with shifts 11am - 8pm and 12pm-9pm with some flexibility. You will provide customer service and educate and upsell customers on products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries using state of the art contact center technology and customer experience methodology.
