POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES A RECRUITING & STAFFING SPECIALIST DO?

Engage and excite new candidates, guiding them through the entire recruitment life-cycle. You will become an expert on process and productivity driven recruitment! Learning and growing in your role will be your primary responsibility.

Our Recruiting & Staffing Specialists are responsible for the following:

  • Travel offsite to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs

  • Collaborates with Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations with ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage open house events

  • Conducts criminal background checks and drug screens

  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner

  • Completes daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities

  • Maintains employment records for future reference

  • Call Center Experience Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Prior HR/Recruitment Experience Preferred but Not Necessary
