Job Title: LPN Staff Nurse
Facility: LTC/SNF
Description:
An LPN Staff Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care as well as, delegates and supervises the care provided by the C.N.A. Receives and records physician orders. Educate patients and the public about various health conditions. LPNs are also responsible for passing medications and providing treatments while being supervised by an RN. Recommends, communicates and implements changes in resident care plans and Documents nursing activities timely.
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year LTC/SNF experience required
Must hold an active state LPN license
Must be computer literate - Experience using EMR (Electronic Charting)
Must have an active CPR/BLS card
