  • Moves finished products from production area to warehouse.

  • Loads finished products onto trailers for delivery.

  • Helps maintain control records related to warehouse

  • Rotates product using FIFO System

  • Prepares sample requests

  • Sends UPS, Fed Ex. orders

  • To follow FSIS guidelines

  • Reports and fills out work orders on maintenance issues as they relate to productivity, food safety, quality and human safety.

  • Maintains accurate records and Daily shift report.

  • Completes daily paperwork, SAP (System Applications Product in Data Processing),PEB, Bill of Lading as needed

  • Assures all paper work is complete and accurate

  • Adheres to safe work practices, follows PPE, GMP and HAACP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Effectively communicates relevant information to fellow employees, truck drivers and to on-coming employees at shift change.

  • Effectively communicates all process inefficiencies, equipment malfunctions, safety concerns and GMP issues to the department Lead and/or Supervisor.


Level 3 High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.


Level 4 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers/vendors or employees of the organization.


Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift License

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

  • Must have good communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.

  • Must have basic math skills.

  • Must be able to train employees.

  • Ability to work in different environments and temperatures.

  • Ability to safely lift and move 34 lbs with occasional loads over 35 pounds.

  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends

  • Excessive walking and standing on hard surfaces

  • Must have basic computer skills (excel, word, etc.)

  • Ability to analyze problems and find solutions

  • Ability to speak, write and understand English.

  • Ability to obtain forklift operator License.
