Job Summary:
Performs general maintenance duties with priority on maintaining the heating and cooling systems.
Responsible for HVAC equipment, boilers performing routine preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Completes maintenance rounds, logs and records according to preventive maintenance plan.
Responds to security emergency codes and demonstrates proper knowledge and skills of the code.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Vo-Tech coursework in related areas preferred.
Previous experience with boilers and HVAC equipment desirable.
