Responsibilities:The Operations III - Offshore Operations is responsible for working daily with the off-shore teams and our clients. This position is responsible for escalations, training, developing, implementing and meeting or exceeding the goals of our clients and Company. The Operations III position will work closely with their off-shore team members, Team Leads, Operations Managers and the client to work on opportunities to improve workflows This position will monitor daily activities and ensure that client and company policies and procedures are followed and will also perform all job-related duties as assigned.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResolve complex billing issues, escalations and client inquiresManage day-to-day operational activities of the extended business office staffWork with extended business office Team Leads and Managers to accomplish and surpass client SLAs and departmental goalsIdentify opportunities to improve collection metrics, monitor ongoing progress and recommend preventative measures to Business Operations ManagerAssist with new project implementation, training and creating job aidsDevelop, document, and maintain policies and proceduresMentor team members on effective, creative, and efficient approaches to enhancing productivity and qualityEstablish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with clients, co-workers, and employeesRespond promptly and accurately to client inquiries via email or via telephoneCoordinate with Business Operations Manager to interface with clientAdditional duties as assignedQualifications2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Accounts ManagementAbility to multi-task, possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environmentAbility to learn multiple systems quicklyAbility to analyze and interpret reportsPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and various Microsoft Office programs required to complete responsibilitiesAbility to compile, interpret and analyze reportsAct as a role model for team, office, and companyAdvanced knowledge and understanding HIPAA regulations and complianceAvailable and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business needs of the organizationExperience working with offshore workforce preferable, but not requiredMental/Physical RequirementsStrong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsWork as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independentlyConstantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate workFrequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another locationRegularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit dataGenerally works in an office environment
