Job Highlights:

  • Part-time office position with flexible hours at Avera Maryhouse Long Term Care.

    Job Summary:

  • Carry out assigned administrative, secretarial, bookkeeping and record-keeping.

  • Assist Administrator and Social Worker with assigned projects and tasks.

  • Assist with processing admissions and discharges in accordance to established practice.

  • Assist with preparing bills and Long Term Care claim forms.

  • Promote, adhere to and support residents’ rights.

  • Work effectively in a team environment, coordinating work flow with other team members and ensure a productive and efficient environment. Education:

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a High School Diploma. Preference for an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. Experience:

  • Must have, as a minimum, three years’ experience as a secretary, bookkeeper, or administrative office work.
