Part-time office position with flexible hours at Avera Maryhouse Long Term Care.
Carry out assigned administrative, secretarial, bookkeeping and record-keeping.
Assist Administrator and Social Worker with assigned projects and tasks.
Assist with processing admissions and discharges in accordance to established practice.
Assist with preparing bills and Long Term Care claim forms.
Promote, adhere to and support residents’ rights.
Work effectively in a team environment, coordinating work flow with other team members and ensure a productive and efficient environment. Education:
Must possess, as a minimum, a High School Diploma. Preference for an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. Experience:
Must have, as a minimum, three years’ experience as a secretary, bookkeeper, or administrative office work.
