Flexential Operations Manager - Partner Programs in Pierre, South Dakota
Job Description:
Flexential is seeking an experienced candidate to provide program and operational support for the channel team and their partner ecosystem. The partner program operations manager will play a key role in supporting the channel team with sales processes, systems, reporting and general partner support. This role will require cross-functional alignment across internal Flexential teams to support the current channel business, as well as be an integral contributor to implement new processes that drive operational efficiencies. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and possess exceptional analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide day to day program support on various operational processes that support partners and the Channel Sales team
Assist in the design, development, implementation of Channel processes to drive efficiencies, working cross functionally to ensure adoption and system optimization and greater partner satisfaction
Responsible for documenting and communicating channel processes internally
Manage partner onboarding and full lifecycle partner account management (applications, contracts, SFDC partner account profiles, etc…)
Support the partner lead registration processes and proper tracking to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Provide reporting on program/partner KPI’s and general SFDC reporting to support the management of the overall partner program
Serve as a customer service support for partner commission and portal inquiries
Conduct weekly calls with key partners to track overall commission inquiries/open items as well as prepare monthly bookings reports
Assist partners with registration and training on the Partner Portal
Assist the Channel Sales team with support for strategic partner initiatives/partner program implementations projects and Partner incentives
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Partner Program operations or Channel support role in the services/IT space with a deep understanding of industry best practices
Salesforce.com experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office with superior Excel knowledge and skills
Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time-management, project management and multi-tasking abilities
Works extremely well as a member of a team, but also excels as an individual contributor
Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $70,000 - $90,000, however, the actual pay range depends each candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
