Meet Our Team:
The team is comprised of three teams, two reporting to individual Regional Managers and one reporting to the Consulting Delivery Executive Lead, all reporting to the Regional Director for CO2. The Team meets every other week for optional Happy Hours to maintain strong interpersonal relationships with each other, bi-weekly team meetings with guest speaker and relevant educational topics, weekly calls with individuals and a strong relationship with the other groups in CO2, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success Managers, Industry Principles and Alliances. We leverage WebEx Teams to communicate with each other and post relevant information t help each other

The Communication and Consumer Services (CO2) team is made up individuals with different skills, backgrounds and experiences which has resulted in a tight group of individuals working together towards a common goal… selling Licenses and Services. Through this common goal, we will achieve our targets for Bookings and Revenues for the year.
A successful candidate will provide leadership to their team, while also playing an important role in the direction of the team as a key member of the leadership Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and reporting on their team’s success as well as being a mentor and providing guidance to the broader team on opportunities to achieve the previous stated goals.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Work closely with FSLM and Sales Managers/Directors to drive the right mix of partner advisory and Pega led opportunities in support of new licenses.
Manage a team of CSE’s to help them position and sell licenses and services to achieve set targets
Ensure Project Delivery Leaders are delivering a sold project margin by managing write-offs and staff assignments within the project budget.
Achieve annual quota license, revenue, and margin, as assigned.
Serve as project escalation point for your team’s clients to ensure high quality. deliverables, solutions, and client management on projects.
Collaborate with the Pega sales and technical organizations to maximize growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain deep client contacts as assigned.
Achieve and maintain assigned certifications and needed credentials.
Serve as a role model in project management, best practice sharing, proactive actions, and creative problem-solving activities.
Mentor assigned team resources to develop their full potential, to ensure adoption of methodology and delivery of quality of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met.
Participate in senior-level customer governance boards.
Develop a sales pipeline of consulting opportunities and manage those to a high win rate, such that the team achieves its consulting sales quota
Who You Are:
- You have proven experience in professional services delivery or business development, as well as experience in one of our target industries. You are a natural, fast-paced learner able to turn out solutions of your own initiative, and you are comfortable positioning yourself as an educator equipped to offer large accounts practical solutions to relevant industry problems. You can speak with confidence and clarity and can hold gravitas in conversations with C-suite executives or VPs of Marketing. This is a position for someone who is a goal-driven, challenge-seeking performer.
What You've Accomplished:
BA/BS (Business or Technical Degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in a professional services delivery or business development role
Well versed in one of Pega’s target industries
Ability to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services and products
Ability to achieve role based Pega certifications
Ability to complete Industry Specific Training as required
