General Electric Service Delivery Manager - Healthcare Digital in Pierre, South Dakota
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) manages relationships with our customer base and ensures customer success and ultimate customer loyalty. The SDM is also responsible for delivery on commercial targets (up-sell, renewals) with the assigned customer base.
Establish and maintain strong personal relationships with the customer base in the assigned service area with the goal of meeting contractual commitments and prepare contract renewals.
Communication to customer base.
Meet commercial targets to existing customers for Up-sell on Service Catalog and commercializing the incoming service requests.
Ensure smooth service delivery in line with contractual commitments with being the interface between customer and our central team (Pool-of-Experts). This includes, but is not limited to technical backlog reviews, customer service requests etc.
Closely collaborate with the Region Commercial teams (Product Sales Specialist, Region Leader) to harvest opportunity on Net New Sales in strategic segments.
Build solid customer relationships gaining trust and respect through delivery of contractual commitments.
Attend regular customer service meetings representing GE delivering Service reports in line with contractual obligations with key customers.
Minimize exposure to service credits work with customer support team and incident manager.
Work with service support teams and Managers from a strategic level to ensure 1st class service delivery is achieved using feedback from customer and reporting cycles.

Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience in management.
Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region.
Manage remote teams.
Fluent in Swedish and English. Desired Characteristics:
Prior Digital/IT service delivery experience within Healthcare.
Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
Experience to work in global organizations.
