Role Summary:

This role will work with the Zone, Region, and P&L teams to drive growth of his/her assigned channel and GEHC ultrasound product portfolio; drive financial results; ensure compliance; and be accountable for keeping the risk profile within the region norms and standards as well as driving channel effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities:

Financial performance

  1. Develop and execute GEHC ultrasound channel strategy & initiatives to drive orders & revenue within named accounts

  2. Responsible for growth, coverage, visibility, relationship, and penetration at the named accounts within the ultrasound segment . Growing ultrasound volume and share of wallet in named accounts.

Commercial Effectiveness

  1. Work with the Ultrasound Commercial team to define the named accounts structure strategy, and to enhance growth within the ultrasound segment

  2. Apply strategic sales process to drive ultrasound growth in named accounts

  3. Share standards, best practices and capabilities across the GEHC USCAN Ultrasound

Leading Channel Development

  1. Identify key accounts’ initiatives, territories and product lines for the region to help drive effective and efficient Go-to-market strategy for named customers

  2. Work with the CEO/Region/Zone, P&L and commercial excellence leaders to define appropriate coverage model for the region. Identify channel competitive landscape by region/zone and work with the partners/channel managers to develop and execute strategic response

  3. Cultivating long-term relationship with strategic accounts to support business growth.

  4. Responsible for leading by influencing cross Region/Zone/P&L/and Sales Team and eliminate conflicts and develop rules of engagement across all teams.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above OR 10 years of Healthcare Sales or Marketing experience

  2. At least 5 years’ experience in Healthcare related sales or marketing management OR Ultrasound sales or marketing experience

  3. Demonstrated experience and success in account management and sales process

  4. Direct and/or indirect leadership experience

  5. Strong executive presence with exceptional ability to present to C-suite level decision makers OR department level decision makers

  6. Proven success of business coaching, influencing and mentoring

  7. High ethics and integrity

  8. Fluent English and local language speaking

  9. Strong negotiation skills

  10. Proven coordination and influencing skills to set and drive an agenda

  11. Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs

  12. Ability to build rapport, energize and influence people

  13. Analytical with strong ability to present findings in a concise and simple manner

  14. Interpersonal flexibility, tolerance and listening skills

  15. Strong ethics and compliance orientation

  16. Must be willing to travel, 60-80%
