Responsibilities for Customer Service Support Specialist jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Provides consumer assistance (phone/online) with the interpretation and resolution of problems

  • Answer calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns

  • Keep record of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

  • Use computer systems to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer

  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service

  • Other related duties as assigned

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Support Specialist jobs:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-2 years of related experience

  • Must have high speed internet

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Flexibility in schedule
