Create innovative awareness materials across multiple channels of the organization
Review and create case studies utilizing real life hotline reports
Research best practices of a Global Ethics Office amongst large financial institutions
Build collaborative relationships with other U.S. Bank employees
Perform other related duties as requested
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing a Master’s level degree in Ethics & Compliance, Business Administration, or a JD with specific interest in business ethics
Knowledge of ethics and compliance basic principles, particularly the seven elements of an effective ethics and compliance program as specified by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations
1-2 years of experience working in a large and complex organization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to think and work independently with a professional demeanor and receive dynamic on-the-job training
Highly organized and able to manage/prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Thorough understanding of the need for confidentiality
Demonstrated excitement to work in the ethics and compliance field
