**Full-Time, Day Shift**1-3 Years Work ExperiencePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:Responsible for creating a positive first impression as the public/family members/potential residents/vendors walk through the front doors of Primrose.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY:Greet all public/Guests/Families/Perspective Resident in a cheerful upbeat manner.Answer phone in a professional, positive manner and within 3 rings.Conduct inquiry calls utilizing an inquiry sheet. A good inquiry call will have 8-10 open ended questions and an attempt will be made to schedule a visit.Perform basic Invoice Data Entry into purchasing system.Assist with any marketing events as directed by the Executive Director.Perform basic administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and mailing as directed by management team.Follow company policy and procedures.Develop relationships with residents and their families.Ensure each manager receives phone messages promptly.QUALIFICATIONS:Friendly, upbeat, positive personalityExcellent phone skillsComputer skillsiWORKING BEHAVIORS:Adhere to and carry out all policies and proceduresReport on-the-job injuries to the supervisor or manager before the end of your shiftsEstablish and maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, residents, families referral sources and visitorsMaintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, co-workers and families in the community (see Executive Director for the HIPPA Privacy Act)Promote and representiPRIMROSE RETIREMENTiin a positive wayPromote team work in providing direction and service to our residentsEmployees will not work under the influence of mood-altering or illegal drugs or alcohol.
