DescriptionAbout the Role: The Team Manager of Agile Software Development and Delivery is a people leader who guides, coaches, and mentors an Agile team in Software Development and Delivery. This role is primarily focused on the leadership and development of people and practices and enables self-directed teams to successfully execute against their goals within an Agile organization in support of corporate vision and strategy.What You Will Do:Ensure entire team owns the quality of the products produced and maintain a balanced mindset across the disciplines involved in the delivery of the products.Regularly review team performance, collaborate with members on improvement initiatives/experiments and understand the data, team and workflow.Lead accountability, autonomy, and empowerment within the teams and manage the appropriate boundaries to achieve the result of having self-directed work teams.Provide leadership for principles behind the Agile Manifesto in all interactions.Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:Typically, 3 to 5+ years' experience with associate's or equivalentEducation/Certification:Associate degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.Who we are:At MetaBank, we take tremendous pride in our mission to create financial inclusion for all.
