Under minimal supervision perform analysis, coding, testing, implementation & maintenance of software programs.
Work Effectively in teams or individually with focus on building positive working relationships.
Develop and maintain systems/technical documentation.
Participate inspections/peer review at all project stages.
Develop a strong knowledge of departmental processes & procedures.
Provide systems support during regular business hours, off-hours, and weekends
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft products.
Effective leadership skills.
Working knowledge of software, hardware, and networks.
Fundamental knowledge of the credit card industry.
Ability to solve business problems with appropriate automated solutions.
