Assist in the achievement of Midco revenue objectives through the sales or products and solutions in the Business market.
Service incoming calls, emails and chat interactions from business customers inquiring about Midco products and services.
Perform proactive outbound calling associated with sales and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and expand database of prospects for all Midco products, by developing, identifying, and securing relevant sales lead and opportunity information.
Qualify leads and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Accurately record customer transactions, establish accounts for new customers, and prepare all necessary paperwork for contracts, sales orders, and other customer transactions.
Identify the right products and services for business customers through asking needs based questions.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations;preparing quotations and contracts.
Develop account revenue by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
Close sales with new customers, follow up with leads and contacts in a timely fashion.
Exceed organizational goals for lead development, new revenue, upselling, and add-on selling.
Partner effectively with the Field Sales Team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships when necessary.
Refer leads as appropriate to Residential, B2B, Enterprise, and Advertising sales teams.
Work closely with the internal team members and external Sales and Service teams to insure high customer satisfaction.
Manage sales funnel development by entering and updating all customer Opportunities and Leads information in Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED required.
BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
At least 1 year of previous sales or relevant customer service/sales experience in a call center environment desired.
Track record of over-achieving quota or goals.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamic or similar CRM.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
