Oversee and lead the day-to-day activities performed by the Business Relationship Coordinators. Ensure high quality fulfillment processes are in place and followed by the
team, holding team members accountable to established expectations.
Supervise and assist in the continuous development of an effective and efficient business sales operations team.
Provide operational support for the business sales teams, including quality assurance, training, mentoring and customer acquisition and fulfillment.
Assist with processing customer inquiries and contract fulfillment of Midco customers.
Perform all supervisory tasks such as the interviewing and onboarding of new team members, approving time sheets, PTO requests, and managing schedules.
Provide leadership, direction, training, and communication to group members.
Provide timely performance feedback and coaching; including, but not limited to: regularly scheduled one on one meeting, annual reviews and management of disciplinary andperformance issues.
Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the business, including services offered and the processes and procedures required to successfully fulfill those services.
Assist in the budget process by providing feedback to the Sales Operations Manager regarding resource and/or capital needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect with potential and existing customers.
Prepare timely and accurate reports and analysis that ensures compliance with key performance indicators.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Maintains good rapport and relationships throughout the organization. Inspirational and positive leader.
Assist in solving customer issues through creative resolutions without compromising established business standards.
Maintain regular attendance to be available to provide assistance, direction and communication to team members.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ leadership or supervisory experience required
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education/work experience required.
Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook required.
Experience with using and working within a CRM application required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
