This position will facilitate and manage the gathering and positioning of data for the corporate credit-card portfolios of both public sector (federal, state and local governments) and private sector (large corporations) clients. Individual may be responsible for supporting and developing business objectives and strategies. Works to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization. May also be responsible for working to define and implement business strategy and goals through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements. These responsibilities may include the generation of regular and special reports and the recommendation of changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency. Additional responsibilities may also include supporting automated reporting tools and creating customized report solutions, and supplying data for internal groups.


  • Single point of contact responsible for coordination of Commercial Card business objectives

  • Analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements

  • Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions

  • Participates in the design and automation of strategic reporting needs

  • Deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact

  • Uses broad discretion in developing solutions for business issues

  • Participates in reengineering efforts in business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals

Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)

  • 5+ years experience in relevant field

  • In-depth experience with creating and understanding data modeling

  • Knowledge of forecasting tools and models

  • Well-developed decision making skills, facilitation, negotiation, and consulting skills.

  • Must understand and be able to navigate the rigors of working in an ever-changing ambiguous environment with tight deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with specialized proficiency applied to complex task and problems that require knowledge of numerous approaches and principles, including the ability to recognize potential issues/problems, with limited supervisory guidance.

  • Expert level proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
