The Sioux Falls warehouse team is a small group of individuals within the product supply chain. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer's order efficiently and accurately.


  • Move trailers from the yard into the dock to maintain an organized work flow

  • Load and unload trailers

  • Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and HACCP policies

  • Operate tractor/trailer and docks

  • Inspect and document as required by the DOT

  • Conduct daily safety inspection of tractor and report findings

  • Receive raw materials

  • Perform the duties of picking, dock and receiving areas



  • Education- knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a High School diploma or GED is preferred

  • Experience-

  • Must have a class A CDL

  • Preferred 2+ years as a CDL driver

  • Skills and Abilities-

  • Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment

  • Possess an understanding of the receiving process

  • Ability to safely work around moving machinery or electricity

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, push/pull up to 100 pounds

  • Ability to operator various office equipment, including PC, copiers, phone

  • Strong problem solving and reasoning skills

  • Mathematical skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

  • Language skills 

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such asprocedure manuals and order forms

  • Ability to legibly write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to speak effectively with co-workers, supervisors or others within the company
