Fiserv Client Partner III in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
This role will focus on accounts in the Iowa territory for Precision core clients.
What does a Successful Client Partner do?
The Client Partner serves as the overall lead for the pan-Fiserv relationship . They are responsible for managing and growing the client relationship through proper planning and execution of the account plan across all business units. For this role, you will be responsible for the business relationships of an assigned portfolio of Precision Core Processing clients and obtaining assigned sales quota. Ensures client satisfaction, retention, contract renewals, revenue maintenance and revenue enhancement through the relationships established with client personnel.

Leading and growing the overall Fiserv relationship through the use of business development, dedicated planning, while being highly responsive to our client’s needs. Your focus is to be viewed as their client’s executive contact across the Fiserv spectrum and be their advocate while balancing the various Fiserv BU interests.
In this role, you will:
Act as quarterback for the Account Team including orchestrating the Fiserv resources for a seamless One Fiserv experience
Act as principal face of Fiserv – to the client – and is the lead advocate for the client internally for Fiserv on overall strategic and growth initiatives including gaining alignment on the overall client account plan
Maintain knowledge and awareness of all opportunities, renewals and general status (regardless of product)
Accountable for communication and “remediation” of general Fiserv dedications
What This Is Not : Direct management of BU team members nor ownership of pricing at the BU level.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
5+ years in an account management role Experienced in selling into financial institutions
High School Diploma
Ability to travel 60%
