We here in the Sentry Performance Solutions are an essential component of Fiserv’s overall strategy. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn about infrastructure technology solutions within the financial services industry. We will give you the ability to develop relationships with Account/Sales Executives, product Management, Finance, Law Department and fellow team members. In this position, you will be give the opportunity to think creatively about how to affect sales and contract processes within the organization as it grows with a focus on the client experience.

As a Client Sales Support Analyst, you can look forward to:

  • Work with Sentry Sales Leadership to create and generate sales reporting framework for purposes of forecasting sales and measuring quota attainment.

  • You will work with the team of Sales and Business Development to generate reporting to figure out sales trends. Additionally coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to analyze and share results of targeted sales initiatives.

  • Assist with developing and maintaining standard processes for the Sentry sales organization for the purposes of onboarding new staff members.

  • Communicate with the leadership and operations teams the status of open and delivered contracts.

  • We also expect you to drive the process around generating client-facing proposals and initial contracts.

  • Work with internal tools such as eCRM (Salesforce) and Sharepoint as vehicles for communication / obtaining information.

Qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Proficient in Excel and Word

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • 3+ years of back office/support experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience working with various work streams including Vice President, Directors, Managers, Technical and Administrative staff, as well as teaming partners.

  • Prior experience with proposal generation, contract creation, pro form development and sales reporting.
