  • In this position you will work in a team oriented and fast paced work environment.

  • You will join a talented team client servicing experts as part of the Precision eService support group and work primarily with eServices products

  • This role is a key, client facing position where you problem solve client issues and questions

  • It requires hands on use of our own product and excellent customer service skills. You will interact with clients at varying levels of the organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • Handle client calls and issues. Research and problem-solve to determine resolutions to reported problems.

  • Train clients on the features and operation of Precision eService software applications enabling them to successfully use the product and achieve their business objectives.

  • Test changes to existing software and assure existing features continue to work as required and changes work as expected.

  • Review documentation and write Client Bulletins to announce fixes.

  • Build and maintain high-level client satisfaction that is measured via the annual survey.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • 4-year college degree preferred

  • eService experience is beneficial
