DESCRIPTION Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) has an immediate need for an energetic and dynamic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator in support of the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center ( near Sioux Falls, SD ( Description:The EROS Centerwide Information Technology Team (CITT) has an opening for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator. This position is an integral part of a diverse team, with primary responsibilities for providing all aspects of communication management support. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator will have responsibility for producing content and communications for internal and external audiences, managing a document repository and IT portal, building and maintaining a knowledge base, and generating reports. The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Manage all technical writing efforts * Ensure the availability and integrity of the configuration-controlled repository of internal documentation, processes, etc. * Assist with the upgrade, rollout, and maintenance of the EROS IT Portal * Help to develop and execute the EROS IT Internal and External Communication Strategy * Assist with the development and execution of the CITT/ITSD Communication Strategy * Support ITIG and brown bag efforts * Assist with establishing and executing a role-based EROS IT Knowledge Training Program * Develop and maintain communication materials (posters, brochures, etc.) * Assist with building and managing a knowledge base * Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Education: Minimum of a Bachelor s degree. ITIL Foundations Certificate is a plus. Experience: Minimum of three years of directly related professional experience required. Required Skills: * Strong writing skills * Ability to review technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Other Desired Skills: * SharePoint * ITIL methodology The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a national agency check and background investigation after hire to obtain credentials for facility access and user accounts.
