iJob SummaryUnder the support of the Market Retail Leader, you will serve as an advisor with a holistic understanding of the mission of Dacotah Bank. You will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through the sales, service and transactional relationships you develop and maintain with customers.iAn expert understanding of the purpose and benefit of Dacotah Bank products and services is required, in order to enhance Wallet Share through serving the needs of customers. The CSR is also responsible for the maintenance and balancing of a teller drawer, understanding compliance regulations related to all areas of responsibility, and identifying fraudulent transactions that are presented for processing.iiAccountabilitiesAs a representative of Retail Delivery for Dacotah Bank, while ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed, you will:Manage Retail Transactions: Perform all duties related to this responsibility, including but not limited to accepting deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, processing credit card advances, redeeming U.S. Savings Bonds, issuing cashieris checks and prepaid cards, accepting loan payments and safe deposit box rental payments, admitting customers to safe deposit boxes, assisting customers with account inquiries, and cash drawer balancing.Provide Deposit Products and Services: Perform all activities related to the opening or closing of all deposit accounts offered by Dacotah Bank, including consumer accounts, business accounts, retirement accounts, estate accounts, funeral trusts, safety deposit boxes, etc.Provide Access to Other Products and Services: Maintain excellent customer relations and effectively cross-sell other Bank products and services. Also recognize opportunity to refer Insurance and Trust products and services through advisory and needs identification, ensuring positive and profitable relationships exist between the Bank and its customers.iSecondary Accountabilities Remain educated on bank products and services, as well as new developments and trends in the retail banking market; identify potential new customer opportunities.Provide assistance to co-workers with needs and/or customer inquiries or problems.Maintain education and professional expertise through attendance at job related seminars, conferences and workshops and involvement in professional civic and community groups.Performs other duties as assigned.
