Aerotek Customer Service Specialist in SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

$16/Hour

Description:

Assist customers and homeowners with with choosing items for their home that best suit their needs in person and over the phone

Expedites the resolution of customer needs, problems, and complaints

Maintains a strong relationship with current and prospective customers

Stays knowledgeable on new products, product applications, or technical services that the company offers so they can better advise the customers on options

Participates in trade shows, company conventions, and events as needed

Greets walk in customers and takes them through the showroom to sell them on different options

Assists customers with tracking, entering, and discussing additional options on their orders

Maintains the appearance in the showroom
