JOB SUMMARY: The Interim Director will facilitate the completion of the Axiom Implementation and facilitate the McKennan Budget and transition as needed through the end of FY 2018. Upon mutual agreement of Avera and the in-seat Interim Director, the position may be extended to the end of FY 2019.
*REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: *
**Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, healthcare administration, or healthcare related field is preferred.
Five years of financial management experience in the health care environment.
Progressive and responsible financial management experience.
Knowledge of health care delivery system and/or healthcare financial reporting.
