You will help to lead a diverse workforce and embrace a culture where the core values of compassion, achievement, potential, integrity and dignity are closely held.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assume full store responsibility in store manageris absence; including but not limited to directing the activities of all ensure that sales transactions are rung up and reported accurately and ensure that donated goods are processed appropriately.- Ensure that retail store is adequately stocked at all times and is displayed in a professional manner- Inspect produced materials for quality and accurate pricing- Provide adequate training and follow u p on production of E-Store product to ensure goals (sales and production) are met- Provide adequate training and evaluation of new retail employees and/or program participants- Provide support for store manager during store meetings, disciplinary actions, etc.- Perform cashier and processing duties following store procedures- Assist customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner- Work, motivate, and set the pace as an active team member, with the ability to do all expected duties of the retail operations supervisor, team leaders, and general retail associates- Have a good working knowledge of company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance from staff- Aid cashiers in correcting errors- Accept or refuse donated merchandise per store guidelines- Sort, hang, and price donated merchandise for sale in store- Stock and rotate goods on sales floorQualification Requirements:- High school graduate/GED preferred, but not required- At least two years of prior retail sales experience- Demonstrated ability in use of cash register and affiliated duties (giving correct change, etc)- Must be able to organize work- Must have reliable personal transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of personal vehicle insuranceYou are eligible for a Personal Day and paid holidays upon hire with eligibility for health and dental insurance after 60 days.
