Join our team and reimagine what your career can be.Assist in providing engineering services for KLJ projects in a timely, accurate, and cost effective manner.Construction observationAssist with design, plans, specifications, reports and contractsUse design software to prepare design documentsRead and interpret construction plansEnsure compliance with KLJ quality standardsUtilize effective written and oral communicationMay assist with client management, contractors and public involvementShow increased design competencyBecome familiar with the details of putting together a set of plansA four year degree in civil engineering or related field is requiredExperience level is 0+ yearsMust have a valid driver's license and be able to operate motorized vehiclesPreferences:Completion of the fundamentals of engineering exam is preferredThis position requires the individual work 40 or more hours per week.
