Total Card, Inc. FDR PCF Administrator in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
This is an exempt position. The hours of the position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with additional hours as necessary. This position is based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota but remote employment is possible with this position.
This is a role responsible for solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions for internal and external stakeholders. The role serves as a technical specialist working on the First Data platform and works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations. Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Program and test First Data card platform PCF (Product Control File) settings for new and existing card products.
Translate business requirements into PCF settings.
Work with other internal IT resources regarding processor-related ETL processes.
Manage the overall configuration of the processing platform as required.
Configure and build statements on the processing platform.
Troubleshoot processing system issues related to PCF configuration.
Manage project lifecycle and implementation schedules.
Coordinate and communicate with Client Services on client-impacting projects.
Manage non-routine, complex platform and vendor partner change requests, as well as short term tactical and strategic customer initiatives.
Proactively identify operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.
Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
Be responsible for own workflow assignments and be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
Coordinate with internal resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
Execute according to a Project Management methodology.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements & Experience:
2+ years’ experience updating and managing PCF settings;
Experience with First Data prepaid or credit card processing platform;
Experience with monetary and non-monetary transactions;
Batch file transmission process experience;
3+ years’ experience in a support role in software, financial services, or information services.
