U.S. Bank Fleet Key Account Discount Sales Relationship Manager in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
The Fleet Key Account Discount Sales Relationship Manager can be a home-based position anywhere in the USA. It is a non-commissioned sales position. Will be responsible for:
Develops profitable business account relationships and increased profitability from existing and new accounts.
Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services.
Makes sales presentations to existing and/or prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.
Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of financial sales experience
Ability to travel (local, regional, national)
Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills
Thorough knowledge of unit payment products
Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
Thorough knowledge of Fleet or Retail Gas Station operations, products, processes, and procedures.
Demonstrated history supporting establishment and maintenance of discount networks specifically related to the fleet or fueling industries.
Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions
