This position has the potential growth opportunities to move into a sales role.iiAccountabilities:The primary accountabilities of this job are as follows:Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and servicesEngage policyholders to review policy coverage and service existing accountsMaintain agency management systemProvide support to agents and other team members to reach agency performance goalsParticipate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developmentsComputer Skills:The computer skills necessary to perform this job successfully are knowledge of our agency management system, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Qualifications:Highly detailed, organized individualSelf-Motivated, high energy individualAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team environmentProvide prompt and courteous customer service.Familiarity with insurance files and understanding of insuranceExcellent communication and customer service skillsCurrent Property and Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.Education/Experience:Associates degree in business; orA minimum of two yearsi experience providing customer service in the insurance or other similar industry.i
