Possesses computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web navigation, especially the Profile Member and Coach app. Operates Point of Sale, member management and phone systems. Provides one-on-one and/or small group coaching sessions to members of the Profile Weight Management program. Delivers evidence-based protocols, reinforcing the value of using meal replacement products for weight loss and weight maintenance, as designed by the Profile Clinical Advisory Board. Possesses motivational interviewing skills to retain member and assist them with healthy lifestyle modification. Respects confidential information of Profile members and Profile business statistics. Promotes the culture of learning. Mentors Associate Coaches and/or Coaches including regular auditing, sit ins, and 1:1s with consistent feedback. Follows up with Coaches as needed with development plans. Assists colleagues as an in-store coaching resource. Regularly presents education at staff meetings. Establishes and maintains advanced understanding of the Profile program. Displays ability to take initiative. Oversees the day-to-day activity of the assigned facility location by supervising employees, monitoring financial activity and providing direction in accordance with Sanford's mission, vision and goals. Oversees/analyzes inventory management, and P & L statements to identifying opportunities for overall store growth. Helps to track program effectiveness including retention of members, weight loss averages, and revenue analysis with KPIs. Provides leadership, supervision and support to the Profile Coaches. Responsible for hiring and onboarding of any and all positions available within the store. Demonstrates ability to train, organize, standardize and optimize workflow relative to delivery of care to the Profile members. Attends local and enterprise development meetings, mostly via virtual meeting rooms. Leads store business development strategies. Practices BD using up to date/best practices implemented by Profile HQ. Obtains qualified member leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments and enrolling new members by using company best practices. Introduces and effectively encourages prospects to attend orientation meetings. Understands the details of the Profile Plan in order to effectively encourage participation in the program.
he Profile Manager will be responsible for achieving store quotas as well as all day-to-day operations of the store, including (but not limited to) coaching members, business development, mentoring and training coaches, as well as other duties:
Responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tool.
Generating revenue by exhibiting strong and effective business development/sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members.
Providing leadership and mentoring Profile Coaches which entails, but is not limited to, clinical needs in training, organizing, standardizing, and optimizing of workflows relative to delivery of care to the Profile Members.
Operations of the center which includes staffing, scheduling, inventory management and managing a P & L statement.
Leading and conducting orientation presentations on a regular basis. Introducing and effectively encouraging prospects to attend orientation meetings. Understanding the details of the Profile Plan to effectively encourage participation in the program.
Tracking program effectiveness including retention of members, weight loss averages, reduction in medical issues, and revenue analysis.
Providing nutrition and exercise theory and practicing expertise to the Profile Program, consultative services to the staff and to other Profile members.
Assisting with providing program development, staff education and best practices. Collaborating and providing nutrition expertise with other Profile managers and staff.
Achieve and maintain Profile Coach Certification. Bachelor's degree or six years of applicable experience required. Management, sales, and business development experience preferred.
