Dacotah Bank has an opening for a Market Retail Leader in Sioux Falls, SD. We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional customer service skills and motivation to coach and teach in our Sioux Falls, SD locations. A Market Retail Leader provides technical support and leadership to all retail staff in the branch and ensures that the highest quality of customer service is provided within the retail systems of the bank. Therefore, we are focused on meeting and exceeding the development needs of our employees, regardless of what stage in their career they might be.Job SummaryAs a Market Retail Leader you will motivate, coach, and support the vision of providing outstanding customer service and performance by leading a team of Personal Bankers and Customer Service Representatives in outlying bank locations. You will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through the sales, service and transactional relationships you develop and maintain with customers. Actively promote and ensure a positive work environment for employees with in the market. Attract, develop and retain talent. Maintain excellent customer relations and effectively cross-sell other bank products and services. Also recognize opportunity to refer Insurance and Trust products and services through advisory and needs identification, ensuring positive and profitable relationships exist between the bank and its customers.
