Robert Half International Operations Clerk in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

A large Mortgage Company is looking for second-shift individuals skilled in data entry to join their team as Operations Clerks and help in organizing documents during a busy season. This person?s main responsibility will be will handling document requests. Candidates will be sifting and pulling documents to send out to the appropriate area. This may include scanned documents, physical documents and documents located at remote areas by researching applications. Operations Clerks must be able to be flexible with job duties as position is subject to change to filing, document review and more physical job duties such as pushing carts etc. Requirements of an Operations Clerk include but are not limited to: ? Flexibility to additional basic office tasks (faxing, filing, printing, etc.) ? Date Entry skills of 8,000+ KPH ? Ability work well under fast pace and goal oriented environment ? Excellent attendance and punctuality ? Self-motivation and able to adapt quickly to new systems ? Attention to detail and patience with repetitive tasks ? Ability to take initiative and ask questions when little supervision is provided ? Hours for this second-shift Operations Clerk role are 3:30PM- 12:00AM, Monday through Friday.
