Come be a part of our first POD location working in a brand new, fun, future-focused telephonic triage environment in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, SD.

The Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Paramedic, EMT or similar healthcare profession experience and licensure in good standing is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card/certification is required. Advocates without a current BLS card must obtain one before processing injury triage calls. Advocates must maintain Continuing Education Units as required by the State in which they are licensed in order to maintain their specific licenses. A basic understanding of occupational job processes and potential injuries as it relates to various industries is preferred.
The Position:
Report Specialists process calls where the employee is not present, employee is present and care has been sought, and no new/worsening or persistent symptoms are present. Report Specialists complete and send reports on the calls that they process and transfer appropriate telephone calls that need Triage to the Triage queue.
