JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for distributing reliable accountable care organization (ACO) management information to Avera Medical Group administration and ACO site administrators. This person will support Avera Medical Group administration in executing ACO strategy. The individual in this role must maintain expert knowledge on shared savings principles, benchmarking methodologies, attribution methodologies, and risk adjustment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degreeis required.

  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration / health care management preferred

  • Healthcare payor work experience preferred

  • Primary Care Clinic and/or Clinical Case Management work experience preferred

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

  • This position requires a valid driver's license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.**
