MetaBank Prepaid Card Product Specialist in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

DescriptionJob SummaryThe Prepaid Card Product Management Specialist plays an important role in the implementation, delivery, analytics, and ongoing management and support of prepaid products for the Tax Product team. This role will monitor and report on product performance, assist with ensuring product specifications are followed through to implementation, perform market research and provide overall program support, compile andreview card metrics and report to management. Will work with our clients to ensure satisfaction and find ways to enhance and grow the card product experience.Principal ResponsibilitiesManages the development of the prepaid card portfolio for our tax clientsAssists with product ideation, definition, scope, and requirements documentationDevelops, maintains, and delivers product training for clients and support staff.Identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to processes and documentation.Assists with facilitation of all aspects of program implementations and wind downs.Effectively resolves prepaid escalations for cardholders and clients.Manages and processes fulfillment requests for replacement cards and express orders.Contributions in execution of complex, cross functional projects through all project lifecycle phases.Participates in meetings and conference calls including product or program launches.Communicates program changes to impacted stakeholders and elevates issues as needed.Assists with program configuration setup and program validation testing.Ensure on-time delivery of quality products.Collects and analyzes data from various sources specific to the product.Monitors product performance and provides summary analysis and communications.Works with internal MIS team and external data providers to develop and implement necessary product dashboard reporting.Completes product research including market share trends and customer value proposition analysis.Supports with validation of business case assumptions through mining of publicly available data.Influences with design and implementation of competitor product secret shopping.Other duties as assigned.ExperienceTypically requires a minimum of three to five years of related experience.Experience with card development, implementation, and deliveryCard support for clients preferredEducation/CertificationBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.CompetenciesStrong organizational skillsExcellent communicationMetaBank, N.A. is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/VeteransThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.We are a team of problem solvers and innovators who celebrate our differences and know that our unique perspectives make us stronger and well-positioned for success.
