Aerotek Project Foreman in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Description:

Understand and manage all aspects of the field operations.

Understand and monitor Project Cost Analysis and budgeting.

Plan and coordinate all labor, materials and equipment .

Complete project planning and scheduling.

Work closely with the Project Manager and assist with job scheduling.

Organize job site for material storage, equipment and employee parking.

Communicate with key leaders including owners, designers and sub contractors

You will be working on high dollar value commercial buildings such as hospitals, higher ed and unique office buildings.

Skills:

superintendent, commercial construction, project management, contractor

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have proven experience running $20 million+ commercial building (must be hospitals, higher ed and office buildings).

Must have knowledge of how to operate heavy equipment.

Must be able to read, understand, and follow job jacket instructions.

Must be able to perform job safely and quickly.

Must possess a valid state issued driver's license and evidence of insurability (CDL would be preferred, but not required)

Must have the ability to learn various PC based production reporting systems.

Must have knowledge of general safe work practices.

Good oral and written communication skills, able to interact appropriately with others.

Basic accounting knowledge.

Good organizational/planning skills, proactive, sense of urgency to get the job completed within deadlines.

High School diploma or GED.

Must be able to lift up to at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
