DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for managing the sales operations of the company's tax division team that supports two functional brands. This role is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask based on the priorities of the season - this include organizational, leadership, soft sales and communication skills to help stay ahead of events and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the sales team.Principal ResponsibilitiesManages the CRM tool (MS Dynamics) - working with IT to upload enrollment and client data, reporting progress, identifying targets for the sales team and highlighting customer relationships to enhance.Creates, organizes, and monitors partner financial and LOI agreements.Manages the formal Partner Feedback (Survey) process for assigned partners with a focus on improving client satisfaction, internal processes, efficiencies, and expense.Manages and assigns virtual sales events with partners and industry events coordination with other departments.Consults with and facilitates problem solving with individual team members.Manages the accuracy of the required client databases.Ensures operational issues are resolved.Assists management in developing and monitoring growth goals, including new and renewing offices.Creates sales progress reports and present to leadership team monthly.Identify new product opportunities that will benefit both our Partner and Meta Tax Division.Responsible for properly vetting and successfully on boarding all new partner-specific programs in a timely and cost-effective manner.Research industry landscape to ensure Meta product offerings are competitive.Manages pricing strategies and marketing approaches for assigned partners.Organizes contracts and LOIs.Develops and manages sales team presentations for maximum impact in the marketplace.Manage the process of cross selling traditional tax products and credit card processing product clients.Manage all components of trade shows attended by the sales team.Understands the program financials and able to defend the value of the overall relationship with the partner.Other duties as assigned.ExperienceTypically requires a minimum of three to five years of related experience.Experience in sales environments with timelines and meeting performance targetsMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and database) skillsExperience with an established Sales CRM and CRM tool managementAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.Organizational skills to manage multiple prioritiesCommunication skills to engage internal and external partnersEducation/CertificationBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.CompetenciesStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsMetaBank, N.A. is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/VeteransThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.We are a team of problem solvers and innovators who celebrate our differences and know that our unique perspectives make us stronger and well-positioned for success.
