MIDCO Sales Enablement Analyst in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Optimize sales effectiveness by identifying gaps, developing and delivering process improvement, and communicating changes to the sales teams for organizational adoption and organizational improvement. Develop new opportunities for Midco Sales teams to drive company revenue by supporting them in being the most effective and efficient as possible. Collaborate across boundaries with Sales, IT Development, IT Architecture, Fulfillment and Marketing to create operational efficiency, optimize Marketing and Sales campaigns, enhance the sales pipeline, and ultimately drive sales.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop strategies, objectives, and process improvements to enable sales to effectively and efficiently drive revenue growth and market penetration by possessing in-depth business knowledge and supporting the Sales function to drive their business.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and scope, prioritize, and execute process improvement, documentation, training, etc to deliver additional opportunity for Sales.

  • Collaborate with other functional areas to identify and solve cross departmental business challenges.

  • Prioritize work needed to be executed to deliver any process improvements as defined as opportunities to improve.

  • Work to execute the process improvements by analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements to IT, other functional areas, and Sales as well as creating user stories with acceptance criteria.

  • Validate that the development of requirements have been met and the system is working as intended based on the user stories.

  • Be involved as a team member for strategic planning and execution of strategic projects under the direction of a Project Manager, Director or Vice President.

  • Act as an advocate of sales and sales tools through the development of recommendations for process and procedure improvements including best-in-class ways to leverage sales tools including CRM.

  • Create and deliver training materials creating organizational adoption and Sales driving best practices of CRM and other sales tools.

  • Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.

  • Follow and serve as a role model in displaying Midco’s Core Values and Leadership Success Drivers.

  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience required.

  • Three years’ experience in Sales is required.

  • Must have background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in a sales support environment.

  • Must have an understanding of agile system development.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication (written, speaking, listening), business, presentation and computer skills required.

  • Must possess strong knowledge of, computers, databases, and analytic software such as Microsoft applications and Tableau.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL & MENTAL QUALIFICATOINS:

  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.

  • Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
