Position Description

What does a phenomenal Service Executive do?

As a Service Executive with this team you will be representing Open Solutions to an assigned set of clients, taking primary responsibility for those clients’ service delivery and support experience. The Service Executive will lead resources and activities within the Fiserv organization as it relates to service to support client dedication, satisfaction and retention as well as take actions to mitigate risk to ensure Fiserv meets client commitments. Additionally, the Service Executive will identify new opportunities and refer potential new upselling/cross-selling opportunities to the appropriate channels. This position allows an ambitious individual to apply problem solving, project management and relationship management skills.

The Service Executive is an integral part of our client relationships with Fiserv. Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for the overall client satisfaction of assigned client’s leads to retention, future revenue and growth for our company.

  • In addition you will also act as the team quarterback driving a variety of resources to the goal line on behalf of the services provided to your clients.

  • We want you to know that this is a highly visible position that will give you exposure to multiple levels of management.

  • You will be responsible for conducting operational reviews, summarizing service relationships and building and maintaining programs and plans that support the strategic objectives of their clients and ensuring service excellence. ?

  • Develop client relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to strengthen our client relationships and actively manage relationships.

  • You will work closely with the Fiserv team to ensure requests are resolved within appropriate timeframes

  • You will work closely with the Client Executive Team in periodic Account Planning

  • Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and development of action plans

  • Effectively handle the service delivery experience for all assigned clients through leading resources and providing oversight of service delivery activities

  • Directly lead and/or collaborate CSRs who provide daily Subject Matter Expertise support for your clients.

Basic qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience in applicable such as financial services

  • 3+ years experience in Project Management

  • Up to 40% travel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Prior Fiserv experience; DNA

  • Preferred East Coast
