Responsible to build, maintain and coordinate a pipeline of temporary employees to support the workforce needs of The Good Samaritan Society and Sanford Health.
Execute sourcing activities, managing the candidate experience during new hire pre-boarding activities and continued job placement. Perform screening of applicants, assessment of their skill level/fit for roles and route appropriately. Responsible to build and maintain relationships with Enterprise leadership and temporary employees. Understanding and ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and service line(s) for candidate generation and engagement.
Complete staffing requests to ensure clinics have staffing needs met and assist in employee tracking and performance. Coordinate lodging arrangements when needed for traveling employees. Ensure accurate data entry of billing, payroll, and reimbursements. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining follow through.
Strong customer service centered focus and ability to deal with ambiguity. Strong communication skills and consultative skills, with ability to develop close relations and establish trust with clients and applicants. Possesses expertise in human resources related technologies. Excellent organizational and time management skills; knowledge of workforce planning (forecast, identify needs, locations and behaviors). Knowledge in recruitment practices, in-depth experience in interviewing and assessment techniques. Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately. Have an understanding of compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition. Possess the ability to follow strict policy and procedural guidelines ensuring adherence to all laws, policies and regulations.
Operates candidate sourcing tools and software within the department. Exchanges candidate and job information with hiring managers. Establishes and maintains productive working relationships within and outside of own area. Communicates well downward, upward, and outward. Applies effective candidate selection techniques for a specific recruiting task. Adjusts work to accommodate the needs of group processes. Screens candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge, skills, motivation, etc. Represents the organization in a professional manner. Prepares tools, record-keeping requirements, and reports for applicant tracking. Plans, conducts, and documents screening interviews. Plans the operational process for a specific human resources function (e.g. recruiting).
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm - with on call hours every other weekend. Can work from home for on call time.
Associate's degree or equivalent combination post-secondary education and work experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Field of study in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related degree.
Minimum two years recruiting and/or related experience preferred.
