JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Support Specialist provides general office and complex secretarial duties including reception, taking referrals, managing documents, developing reports, filing, billing duties, and office communication. The Lead Support Specialist will be instrumental in mentoring, developing, and hardwiring best practice and standardization of support specialist duties and procedures. The Lead Support Specialist provides oversight to the functioning of the support specialist within Avera@Home.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Associate's Degree from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
