U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Systems Integrator with solid project management and planning experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Creates and manages the implementation of infrastructure, as well as data center/cloud, for large complex discretionary IT projects that impact multiple functional technology groups where conflicting priorities and objectives may exist. Assesses business requirements, develops the statement of work, project justification, plan, roles, responsibilities, and reporting structure with assistance, when required. Requests knowledge and skill required to staff a project; resources and requests assignment of internal staff or external contractors with required competencies. Establishes communication flow among business process owners, project team members, and all IT functions who participate in and who will inherit the results of the project. Develops detailed work plans, training plans, budget, issues list, and status reports related to the project. Sets frequency and type of interactions, extent of involvement of stakeholders, and the process to resolve disputes. Reports on project progress and recommends management alerts when conditions warrant and works with others to create. Manages a small staff of employees including employee relations, performance, reviews, approves employee time records, work assignments, vacations, sick pay, etc. Helps to plan, develop, and control small to moderate project/product budgets.

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 5 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
-At least 7 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.
-At least 5 years experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure.
-PMI Project Management Professional credential
Working experience in:
-IT systems management including cloud computing and data center management
-IT industry: trends and direction
Extensive experience in:
-IT project management
-System and technology integration
-Project planning and organization
