Job Summary

The Talent Solutions Specialist supports a variety of projects, initiatives and deliverables of the Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness teams within Sanford Health. Act as a point of contact for Talent Solutions questions, processes, and projects. Responsible for the tracking, billing, reporting and management of seats, licenses and assessments used in learning experiences across the enterprise. Provide support to leadership development courses as follows: serve in producer role within a virtual facilitation setting; procure and produce materials and documents for participants; for in-person learning, book and prepare room for the learning experience; and provide support for registration/check-in. Will be expected to execute processes for manager and employee enablement including invitations, tracking requests, attendance, and meeting/technology logistics, and coordinating program/process survey evaluations.

Additionally, will be responsible to manage materials library and inventory, organize and publish specific course outlines and program set of courses, provide follow-up communications to leadership and internal customers, manage and track activities status reporting to appropriate leadership. Through this work, identify and implement opportunities for departmental efficiencies and continuous improvement and assist in the coordination of departmental programs and activities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business or a related field required. In lieu of education, leadership may consider 6 years of applicable experience.

Experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development or Organizational Effectiveness strongly preferred.
