Aerotek Vehicle Valuator in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Description:

Help to determine the value of vehicles that are not instant in the software system. Will determine which comparables we can use that are already in our database (comparing year, trim, mileage, or vehicle within 100-250 miles) If there is not a sufficient amount of comparables to utilize, they will research on the internet for additional comparables in that particular market area. Once they identify additional comparables, they will make outbound calls to either the dealership or individual who is personally trying to sell their vehicle to see what they are willing to sell it for (typically less than 25% of the job). Can require a bit of negotiation, as they will leverage the data that they have at their fingertips in the database in the conversation over the phone. Once they have sufficient data, they will make a recommendation for the present market value to the insurance adjuster and submit the valuation report via email. There is not much communication with the adjuster in this role, but occasionally they may need to call the adjuster to authorize an expansion if necessary.

MUST HAVES: Candidates need good work history and cant have had more than 3 jobs in 2 years. If they do, the reasons must be valid and understandable. 3 years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, etc.) High School Diploma or GED Internet at home since this is a work from home position- WILL NEED WEBCAM TO COMPLETE VIRTUAL INTERVIEW
