What does a great CIF Consultant do?
You will listen intently to client concerns regarding the accuracy and cleanliness of the core banking CIF file (names, addresses and relationships), understands their specific challenges and transforms their feedback into an actionable statement of work to address their business requirements. The accuracy of a CIF system is vital in managing a financial institution efficiently. Assisting clients to cleanse their data and organize processes will have a tremendous impact on the day to day operations and brand image of their organization. You’ll experience a high level of satisfaction as you partner with clients from the initial discovery sessions through the final ‘go-live’ date. With your contributions, the team will be able to satisfy additional client demand and reduce the implementation backlog queue. Managing successful, high-quality service engagements can lead to client appreciation and recognition from your teammates, manager and Fiserv. We’ll help you cultivate your inner consultant and hone your technical, project management, presentation and requirements gathering skills.
Required Qualifications for Consideration :
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in banking services; Premier core banking system strongly desired
5+ years of consulting experience with a consulting firm or financial services software provider
eCRM experience (ie: Salesforce, NTIF, etc.)
Cross-functional collaboration skills and working in a matrixed environment
Experience presenting value proposition presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Customer Success focused service businesses.
Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills to work with customers
Solid and professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing and in person
Excellent understanding of the standard business practices as related to banking business and operations
Experience in full cycle service delivery and consulting services in the banking industry.
Previous service delivery or consulting service experience
MS Office suite; Primarily Excel
Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekend as needed basis
Travel required : 20% - 25%
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role
Experience in bank operations concepts
Experience with Premier core banking system CIF (Names, Addresses and Relationships)
Familiarity with data center bank processing concepts (multi-tenancy, JCL, file movement, data security, release management, etc)
Familiarity for online banking solution access methods (SSN/TIN, Portfolio, CIFN)
Familiarity with database concepts
Experience with Foxtrot a plus
Experience with Fiserv Business Analytics reporting
